Cara Membuat Induktor Toroida Inti Ferit

Selain induktor inti udara, terdapat juga induktor yang menggunakan inti ferit bead atau toroida. Komponen ferit bead tersedia dalam berbagai nilai µ (permeabilitas) dan ukuran, tetapi kebanyakan memiliki diameter kurang dari 0,25 inchi. Penggunaan induktor dengan ferit bead cukup banyak dalam masalah peredaman osilasi parasitik.

Selain digunakan untuk membuat Induktor toroida, dasarnya ferit bead banyak dipakai sebagai peredam parasitik pada VHF dan UHF pada terminal masukan dan keluaaran penguat RF. Aplikasi praktis lainnya adalah dalam jaringan dekopling yang dipakai untuk mencegah mengalirnya energi RF yang tidak diinginkan dari satu bagian rangkaian ke bagian lain rangkaian lainnya. Ferit bead juga dipakai untuk meredam interferensi RF dan interferensi TV dalam perangkat Hifi dan TV.

Dalam beberapa rangkaian RF VHF dan UHF, hanya diperlukan pemakaian satu cincin ferit atau lebih pada seutas kawat untuk menghasilkan RFC (Radio Frequency Cooke). Beberapa lilitan kawat tembaga dapat dibuat pada cincin ferit yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan induktansi efektif lilitan tersebut. Sebuah induktor tanpa inti (inti udara) akan meningkat dengan sangat signifikan nilai induktansi nya apabila diselipkan sebuah ferit di dalamnya.

Untuk membuat induktor toroida atau inti ferit bead, perlu diketahui jumlah lilitan yang dipakai pada induktor toroida yang dapat dihitung dengan mengetahui nilai A_L, yaitu indeks induktansi untuk ukuran inti dan permeabilitas yang dipakai. Tabel-tabel di bawah ini memberikan informasi-informasi penting untuk inti toroida.

Nomor tipe toroida untuk suatu inti tersusun dari penunjuk ukuran inti pada kolom kiri atas, ditambah nomor campurannya. Sebagai contoh, inti berdiameter setengah inchi dengan campuran nomor 2 diberi nomor tipe T-50-2. Nilai A_L adalah 49 dan frekuensi operasi yang dianjurkan adalah 1 sampai 30 MHz. Permeabilitas inti tersebut adalah 10.

Banyaknya lilitan untuk induktansi tertentu pada satu jenis inti dapat ditentukan dengan rumus :

Contoh : Dikehendaki induktor toroida dengan nilai induktansi 10 µH pada inti T-50-2, sesuai rumus di atas. Maka diketahui nilai induktansi adalah 10 µH dan indeks induktansi (A_L) adalah 49. Maka jumlah lilitan kawat adalah :

Dengan demikian, untuk membuat induktor toroida atau inti ferit bead dengan induktansi 10 µH pada inti Toroida tipe T-50-2, dibutuhkan 45 lilitan. Kita dapat gunakan kawat ukuran 24 ke atas sesuai tabel jumlah lilitan. Di tabel tersebut ditunjukkan banyaknya lilitan maksimum yang dapat dibuat pada suatu tipe inti. Sebagai contoh, inti T-68 akan berisi 49 lilit kawat nomor 24, dan 101 lilit untuk kawat nomor 30, dan seterusnya.

CARA MEMASANG PARABOLA

Bagaimana cara memasang antena parabola dengan baik dan benar? Supaya kita dapat memasang Parabola dengan mudah dan benar serta cepat ikuti langkah-langkah pemasangan antena parabola berikut ini:

Langkah-langkan Pemasangan Antena Parabola: 
1. Pasang LNB-FA dan LNB-FB pada lubang ring yang tersedia
2. Pastikan kabel Receiver dan LNB-F sudah terpasang dengan baik dan benar
3. Posisikan ANT Parabola ke SATELIT PALAPA C-2 (113)
4. LNB-FA mempunyai 2 terminal: pertama (rcv) untuk ke RECEIVER, yang kedua (lnb) untuk ke LNB-FB
5. LNB-FA untuk menerima siaran SATELIT PALAPA C-2 (113)
6. LNB-FB untuk menerima siaran SATELIT TELKOM-1 (108) 
7. Pastikan RECEIVER Anda mempunyai fungsi 0/22KHz SWITCH
8. untuk menerima siaran SATELIT PALAPA C-2 (113), di RECEIVER 0/22KHz SWITCH harus dalam posisi OFF
9. untuk menerima siaran SATELIT TELKOM-1 (108), di RECEIVER 0/22KHz SWITCH harus dalam posisi ON

a. 0/22KHz SWITCH kemungkinan tidak berfungsi dengan baik,cobalah ganti dengan LNB-FA dan LNB-FB yang lain atau DIGITAL RECEIVER nya
b. Gerakkan tiang FOCUS naik turun untuk mendapatkan focus yang benar
c. LNB-FA dan LNB-FB juga bisa di stel naik turun sampai SIGNAL gambar mencapai maksimum
d. Gerakkan posisi ANTENA PARABOLA (TIMUR, BARAT, UTARA, SELATAN

Perhatian !!!
1. Untuk menghindari kerusakan 0/22KHz SWITCH pada LNB-F TWIN, hubungkan connector F ke terminal LNB-F TWIN terlebih dahulu sebelum POWAER RECEIVER ON 
2. Pemasangan LNB-FA dan LNB-FB pada lubang ring harus disesuaikan dengan disk/payung yang digunakan, klu disk nya kecil (5-7 feet) maka jarak antara kedua LNB cenderung mepet (hampir atau saling berdempetan) dan kerapatn LNB diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga kedua LNB mendapat sinyal yang kuat. Jika disk yang dipergunakan besar (8-12 feet) maka jarak kedua LNB cenderung renggang, dan kerengganan diatur sedemikaian rupa agar masing-masing LNB mendapat sinyal yang kuat. Jika anda sudah terbiasa memasang maka akan hapal dengan jarak antara kedua LNB untuk masing-masing Disk yang berbeda.

Melilit Trafo Trifilar dengan Ferrit

Rekan-rekan radio amatir khususnya "homebrewer" sering dihadapkan dengan rangkaian transceiver yang memakai lilitan trifilar (biasanya untuk dioda balance mixer). Sebenarnya cara melilit trifilar sudah sering diulas, tapi nggak ada salahnya saya mencoba menyampaikan lagi untuk rekan-rekan homebrewer. Sebelumnya lihat pada gambar contoh di atas simbol pada skema yang menggunakan trafo trifilar. Simbol skema TRIFILAR 1 dan TRIFILAR 2 sebenarnya identik. Jadi merupakan trafo yang memiliki bagian "primer" dan "sekunder" dan mempunyai center tap (A'+B') pada bagian "primernya". Selain itu kawat digulung secara bersamaan dan mempunyai jumlah gulungan yang sama antara bagian "primer" dan "sekunder".

Untuk melilit trafo seperti ini bisa dengan cara berikut :
1. Gabungkan 3 (tiga) kawat email, lalu diplintir secara bersamaan (panjang dan diameter kawat disesuaikan kebutuhan).
2. Lilitkan pada ferit "hidung babi" dengan jumlah lilitan sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Hati-hati...email jangan tergores pinggiran ferit "hidung babi" (KALO KONSLET...trafo nggak bisa bekerja)
3. Pisahkan ketiga kawat dari "plintiran" lalu tentukan ujung-ujungnya dengan AVO meter.
4. Langkah terakhir, buat CT (center tap) dengan menghubungkan kaki-kaki kawat seperti pada gambar.

Tiang Focus Parabola kepanjangan

wew,, kemaren sempet dibuat lelah jg sama parabola,, ceritanya gini,, ada seorang klien beli parabola kumplit, kemudian mamanggil tukang pasang parabola dan ternyata cuma dapat satelite palapa dan cuma beberapa chanel saja,, karna kurang puas dengan tukang pasang parabola yang pertama kemudian suatu hari klien memanggil lagi tukang pasang parabola ke dua,, tp hasil nya sama aja,, kemudian pada hari yang lain kebetulan ada yang masang para bola di tempat tetangga langsung dia suruh benerin parabola dia juga, tp hasilnya ttp sama kata dia udah 3 tehnisi yang coba menyetting parabola ini dan ga ada hasil,, sekarang mas tehnisi yang ke 4 entah gimana nanti,, denger kata2 dia jadi dag dig dug juga nih,,, setelah saya coba setting emang susah banget siyal nya kayak LNB kurang sensitiv aja,, tak perhatikan jarak dan penempatan LNB sudah benar, kemudian saya coba dengan satu LNB saja di posisi tengah, loh hasilnya kok sinyal susah didapat padahal dengan disk 8feet Paragon,, aneh,, putar otak, kedudukan LNB sudah pada posisi 40 biasanya tiang bagian bawaah tidak sampai mentok kebawah sinyal sudah full, ini kok harus mentok banget kebawah baru dpt sinyal bahkan klu seandainya bisa ditarik kebawah lagi sinyal akan bertambah,, tanpa pikir panjang pinjam gergaji besi klien kemudian saya potong tiang focus sepanjang 2CM, kemudian pasang lagi ternyata ada penanbahan sinyal tapi tiang masih mentok kebawah lagi, potong lagi 2CM,, hingga 3x pemotongan sihingga tiang berkurang sekitar 12CM dari panjang sebenernya, baru setelah pemotongan yang ketiga tiang tidak mentok kebawah lagi, jika di mentokkan kebawah sinyal malah berkurang dan terlalu tinggi keatas juga sinyal berkurang,, nah posisi tengah maka sinyal full, RCTI bisa mencapai 55% dan siaran lainnya masuk smua,,, kemudian pasang kembali LNB yang lain maka Palapa dan Telkom dapat sinyal semua. Alhamdulillah ternyata Tuhan menghendaki saya yang menyelsaikan parabola ini,, rupanya orang toko salah ngasih tiang focus,, disk 8feet dikasih tiang focus 10feet,,, klien geleng2 kepala,, asem orang toko itu bilang ini udah yang bagus pnya,,,,

Ukuran Disk Parabola

Yang dimaksud ukuran parabola adalah diameter parabola tersebut. Biasanya ukuran parabola dinyatakan dalam itungan feet, untuk membandingkan feet ke Centi Meter (CM) Anda bisa berpatokan dengan rumus sebagai berikut: 1 feet = 30,48 CM. dibawah di cantumkan berbagai ukuran para bola dengan hitungan feet dan udah di jabarkan ke centi meter.

4. 8 feet = 243,84 cm

LNB dan kerusakannya

LNB (low noise block) adalah komponen penerima sinyal dari satelit yang telah di focuskan dan dipantulkan oleh sebuah antena parabola. LNB berada di tengah parabola dan di tempatkan pada sebuah tiang (tiang focus) dan diletakkan pada sebuah dudukan (ring LNB). Untuk mengenal lebih jauh mengenai LNB dan kerusakannya ikutilah uraian dibawah ini:

Fungsi/panggunaan LNB 

Fungsi/penggunaan LNB antara lain: 

1. Menerima sinyal frekuensi tinggi dari satelit yang telah di focuskan dan dipantulkan oleh antenna para bola 
2. Mengubah sinyal frekuensi tinggi dari satelit yang sudah diterimanya ke frekuensi yang lebih rendah dan mentransmisikannya melalu kabel ke Reciever Digital

Penyebab Kerusaka LNB 

Penyebab kerusakan LNB yang sering terjadi antar lain disebabkan: 

1. Petir 
2. Konektor yang berkarat karna kemasukan air 
3. Memasang/melepas kabel kereciever dalam kondisi receiver on 
4. Dll 

Jenis-jenis kerusakan LNB 
Kerusakan LNB bermacam-macam antara lain:

1. Short 
2. Disconnect (tidak terhubung) 
3. Sinyal hilang timbul 
4. Tidak dapat menerima sinyal satelit

Mendeteksi kerusakan LNB 

Kerusakana LNB dapat kamu ketahui dengan petunjuk pada receiver, antara lain: 

1. Jika receiver di on-kan lampu power nyala tapi lampu disply tidak nyala tapi pada saat kabel ke LNB dilepas disply menyala, maka LNB short 
2. Jika di receiver sinyal kuantitas dan kualitas nol, maka LNB putus, bisa juga terjadi karna kabel yang putus atau sambungan ke konektor nya yang tidak sempurna. 
3. Jika di receiver sinya kualitas nol dan sinyal kuantitas hilang timbul. Maka LNB rusak bagian switch nya, bisa juga kabel atau konektor yang kurang sempurna
